I%u2019m so excited to be part of the SECV family and to help our customers get the best experience possible. I love connecting with people, finding solutions, and making sure every interaction ends with a smile. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my husband of 15 years %u2014 they%u2019re my biggest support and motivation. I also love cooking (especially when I can add my own Boricua flavor!), getting outside in nature, and staying active. Whether I%u2019m taking a lunchtime walk, dancing or listening to some hip hop, salsa, or reggaeton, I%u2019m all about keeping the good vibes flowing.
