SHARE A MEMORYA few of our MEMORIES over the years ... In Memory of Betty NewtonI am very thankful for Margaret Walsonavich for hiring me, she treated us very well and trusted us! Another good memory is when Steve Barnish said over the 2 way radio that a bridge fell down and he said it was like no big deal. When working the front counter -Betty shortly after it reopened people were grateful that they were able to come and talk with a friendly representative. -Lisa I almost missed my first interview and came in a hoodie and camos. Coming from Virginia, I thought this was a little Mom & Pop company. Once I made it through the 1st interview and heard about the benefits, boy oh boy did I dress to impress for the second interview! Thank you Holly, Sam & Dwight and SECV for giving me the quality of life that I was searching for. Thank you to all my CSR friends that helped me get through the first 6 months of training.-KarolI was on a call with a customer and the TV had no picture, I told the customer to get up out of his chair until he hits channel 3, then he got the picture back. I was waiting on the other line and heard a bag of chips being opened and prop his feet up while eating the chips. She has been with SECV a long time. She is dreading it because she likes our services so much. She wanted to say Thank you for the wonderful service and everyone at SECV. -ChristinaI had a trouble call in Milton years ago for a gentleman on Hepburn Street that was 98. He told me he grew up in that house and his family was the third customer to get cable TV and the first family to get a color TV. The neighbors would come over on Sunday and watch Dinah Shore.-Bill I had a girl that did not have her TV when they came out to install her service. I answered her on chat and my first thought was “OH NO! I`m sorry I answered this one.” I helped her set-up her Estreamer on my own (even though Josh was waiting LOL). The customer was proud of herself as was I. It feels good to have the knowledge! -Karol10
