CSG (the billing system) sends order and customer info to Triad and Triad sends it to everything else like TiVo, Altiplano (PON) , PCP (cable modems and MTAs), Alianza (phone), Seachange (VOD), FreeRadius (DHCP for PON), Synacor (TV Everywhere), Plume and more are coming. I work on and debug the interfaces to all of these companies and interface with the people of these companies, including CSG. For other responsibilities, I interface with Evolution and push new firmware, TiVo software and various patches to all STBs. Some of this work includes the new technologies. We are rolling out a new VOD system and I am involved with TiVo and Verimatrix on this project. I am also involved in the biggest new project, PON. I deal with all the Triad issues and am secondary on the ONT and Altiplano issues.BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:%u2022 BS Computer Engineering from Lehigh University%u2022 MS Information Science from DeSales University%u2022 36 years in IT and related fields in multiple industries, including Software Development, Hardware design, Network design, Management, Sales (Software and Hardware).ACCOMPLISHMENTS:%u2022 Keeping Triad running and dealing with ETI, the company behind Triad.PERSONAL INFO:%u2022 Married with a daughter and a son. They are both grown, but just getting started on their lives. %u2022 I enjoy playing games (board, cards, deck building and almost anything with some strategy). Any one up for some power grid?%u2022 I do a lot with home automation and have designed home systems, from scratch, and as I write this, I have circuit boards being fabricated for a project.%u2022 I enjoy construction.
