SHARE A MEMORYA few of our MEMORIES over the years ... Nine years – “almost” – have a lot of memories. Most memorable are all the fun activities we participated in... Olympics, gift exchanges, cubicle decorating, dressing up for Halloween and employee’s children trick or treating. -MichelleComing into work with two (2) different shoes on and of course Joey sees it and made fun of me all day. -JoonieWatching Addison carry a ladder.-DaveA customer came in and said she needed a new remote as it was no longer working. Luis asked her if she tried twirling it over her head while singing a song as he demonstrated the technique. Her mouth dropped open. Luis started chuckling and then the customer totally cracked up.-BonnieI had a guy from Shamokin call and ask me for the number for the pizza shop up the street. I tried to explain to him we don't provide numbers for pizza. He said he was all alone and hungry and we were his telephone service and he needed help. So I found him a pizza shop he wanted and I transferred him to the pizza place.-KelliCONNECTIONS Q4 2023Since the day I started everyone at the Birdsboro office has made me feel at home. Joy, Matt, Jenn, Stacey & Joelle are so great at helping and answering questions when I have them! Thank you all so much! Everyone at the office makes it so easy coming into work.-Gabrielle Mine isn't really a story, just the many times I have been called “you people\switch\makes me laugh, to think of what they think we have in front of us, or where this BIG SWITCH is that we flip on/off. I will always remember the time I had a couple yelling at me because they could not find the Flintstones on TV. I love the ones, where you know they have struggled for awhile, with their tv or remote, and I get it working for them, and they act like I have saved the day, because they live alone, or are elderly! And I can't imagine living alone, because in some cases, TV is their main source of entertainment. So helping them out, is a great feeling. -JenTwo years ago when I had a stroke, co-workers held a surprise “get well” dinner for me to wish a speedy recovery. I was touched. It meant a lot to me.-MarkI was on a call and found a chewed cable, the husband called about the cable and then found out his wife was leaving food out for the racoons. He says to this day that any changes made to the home all link back to the cable I changed, it makes me and my wife laugh!-MattWhen I turned 30 and got engaged everyone decorated my desk, got me presents and made me feel so loved. I always have felt so loved here. Too many memories to think of!-KalissaHoyt and Rosalie doing their skit at the Christmas luncheonIn Memory ofStephen Wilkinson14
